Guitars & Pars is a unique two-day celebration of live music and golf held each October in Austin, Texas. The event kicks off with an exclusive VIP concert on Sunday evening, followed by a golf tournament on Monday at The Hills Country Club in Lakeway.
Proceeds from Guitars & Pars support the Beck Foundation, whose mission is to provide shelter and improve quality of life in the communities where we live, work, and play across the United States and Mexico. The Foundation partners with nonprofits and initiatives focused on community development, housing, education, and healthcare access.
Since its inception, Guitars & Pars has raised more than $1.36 million to advance that mission. Past contributions have funded meaningful projects such as the Music Therapy Program at Dell Children’s Medical Center, a shade structure and micro home at Community First! Village, and a second micro home build planned for 2025.
2025 will mark the 10th year of Guitars & Pars—a milestone that reflects a decade of community, purpose, and impact. We’re excited to celebrate with our sponsors, partners, and players who make it all possible.
The Music Therapy Program at Dell Children’s Medical Center
Music is a powerful form of healing—one that reaches beyond medicine to comfort, connect, and uplift. At Dell Children’s, the Music Therapy Program helps patients of all ages, including nonverbal children and those in pain, find moments of joy, expression, and relief through song.
Entirely funded by philanthropy, this program exists thanks to the generosity of donors who believe in the transformative power of music. Guitars & Pars is proud to have supported this program for multiple years.
Mobile Loaves & Fishes Community First! Village
Mobile Loaves & Fishes is leading a collaborative effort to mitigate homelessness in Austin by providing a supportive community for those emerging from chronic homelessness.
Through Guitars & Pars and the Beck Foundation, we’ve been honored to support this mission by funding a custom shade structure for their outdoor gathering space and sponsoring the construction of a micro home for a Village resident. We’re continuing our partnership with plans to fund a second micro home build in 2025, helping create lasting, tangible impact for those in need.
